Project Manager

📋 Description

• Independently lead projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Act as primary client contact and maintain satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams to move projects through development.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; track milestones.
• Serve as SME on client clinical study protocol.
• Manage issue resolution and report project health.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a software Project Management role.
• 2-4 years’ experience in the life science industry.
• Experience delivering voice IVR, web IWR, and mobile IMR is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment experience preferred.
