📋 Description

• Oversee 8-10 projects across the full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and leadership.
• Develop reports for senior management and clients.
• Manage budgets to meet financial targets.
• Document project details in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Implement risk management and escalate critical issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Experience managing customer-facing professional services projects (3-5 years preferred).
