🎯 Requirements

• The Guru Mindset: 8+ years in PM; 2–3 years in SaaS leadership.
• Certification: PMP, Prince2, or CSM preferred.
• Hands-on Capability: practitioner at heart, comfortable in the weeds yet strategic.
• Change Management Expertise: proven track record leading process transformations.
• Domain Knowledge: SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Communication: executive-ready insights and motivational guidance for your team.
