  • Kick off projects by responding to warm inbound leads; advise homeowners to define vision.
  • Leverage our network of Service Providers to find best fit and value.
  • Create partnerships with Service Providers and scale their business via the Real Estate Program.
  • Coordinate many projects from outreach and scheduling to invoicing.
  • Cultivate a pipeline from 20+ leads per month and manage existing accounts.
  • Manage the business pipeline and develop a long-term growth strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year in customer success, sales, or account management.
  • Comfort selling projects via phone, email, and text with high call volume.
  • Experience building a book of business and achieving sales/project targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Independent with excellent time management; multitask across many relationships and projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary of $40,000-$45,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Average annual earnings of $50,000-$55,000+
  • Uncapped earnings potential, paid quarterly.
