  • Own day-to-day campaign ops across paid search, social, programmatic, CTV, video.
  • Translate cross-platform strategy into trafficking, pacing, optimizations, and testing.
  • Manage and mentor a small media activation team: assign tasks, 1:1s, feedback.
  • Monitor KPIs; optimize and run A/B tests.
  • Prepare performance summaries and insights for clients and teams.
  • Maintain campaign docs, runbooks, and SOPs for consistent delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in paid media with hands-on activation and optimization (agency preferred).
  • Experience mentoring or supervising; ready to manage first direct reports.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, CTV platforms; GA4 and Excel/Sheets.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communication; comfortable presenting updates to clients.
  • Data-driven mindset and problem-solving orientation.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-focused.
