  • Monitor KPIs; optimize, run A/B tests, escalate issues.
  • Prepare and present performance summaries to clients and teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in paid media; hands-on activation/optimization (agency preferred).
  • Mentoring or informal management experience; ready for first direct reports.
  • Practical knowledge: Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, CTV; GA4 and Excel/Sheets.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, multi-priority in fast-paced environments.
  • Clear written and oral communication; present updates to clients.
  • Data-driven mindset and problem-solving orientation.
