🎯 Requirements

- Strong knowledge of cost drivers: labor, materials, equipment, subcontracting.
- Experience developing estimates across conceptual to construction-ready budgets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with finance and construction teams.
