- Prepare technical drawings: Site Plans, Grading Plans, Utility Plans, Erosion Control Plans, and Stormwater designs for permits and construction.
- Assist PM to plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate project phases.
- Prepare stormwater calculations and assist in processing permits.
- Provide construction phase services including site visits and review of shop drawings.
- Review local, county, state, and federal project codes for each project.
- Coordinate with Ware Malcomb and client consultants to produce a complete, coordinated set of contract documents for permit and construction.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Civil Engineering.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
- EI (Engineering Intern) certificate required.
- Experience on land/site development projects required.
- Experience drafting stormwater reports and drainage design using ICPR/StormWise, PONDS, HydroCAD, or Hydraflow (Florida projects preferred).
- Experience preparing Site Plans, Grading Plans, and Utility Plans for Florida projects (preferred).
- Strong AutoCAD and Civil3D skills required.
- Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills.
