🎯 Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Inventor or 3D CAD tools.
- Familiarity with standard engineering concepts; material handling/conveyor industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills with creativity and sound judgment.
- Experience leading or coordinating work with other engineers preferred.
