Ensure workflow and logistics of projects are efficient (tools ready and available)
Maintain and manage tools such as calibration of fusion splicers
Ensure OHS standards are met with PPE
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Manage daily work schedules/allocation based on project requirements
Supervise day-to-day operations across builds

🎯 Requirements

Skills in design tools: QGIS, AutoCAD, Visio, Mapinfo, ENE
Supervisory or management experience
Adaptable and can work with minimum supervision
Strong communication skills and command of English
Understanding of physical construction requirements
Knowledgeable in telecommunications system design
