🎯 Requirements

Education: BA/MA or JD in labor law, public policy, or related field.
10+ years international project experience; 5+ in leadership.
Experience building project operations and risk management systems.
Adaptive leadership in multi-sector projects and evidence-based approaches.
Financial management and budget oversight experience.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian.
