📋 Description

• Conceptualize design solutions across all project phases to meet client goals.
• Translate design goals into refined spatial and material solutions with the team.
• Direct client presentations and develop 2D/3D visualizations; mentor others.
• Collaborate with interior designers and typology experts on holistic design from exterior to interior.
• Coordinate with engineers to align design intent with building systems.
• Apply performance-based and sustainable design strategies, including energy modeling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture (accredited program preferred).
• Portfolio with at least 2 completed designs showing personal contribution.
• Minimum 10 years of related professional experience.
• Architectural Registration in the US preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; Rhino/Dynamo preferred.
