Meet with clients to develop relationships and determine project goals.
Develop design options for site and buildings.
Coordinate with Project Managers and direct junior team members documenting design.
Follow projects from inception through construction to maintain design quality.
Coordinate Interior Design team for spec buildings to ensure cohesive design.
Understand work plan and budget to meet hours and deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience in architectural design.
Experience on commercial or industrial projects preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp and Revit skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents strongly preferred.
Experience presenting to clients.
Knowledge of building codes.
