• Manage projects, scopes, and schedules to meet customer expectations.

• Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams.

• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and systems.
\n
• Ensure quality standards with the PM team and leaders.
\n
• Develop long-term customer and vendor relationships.
\n
• Support business objectives, goals, and measures.
\n
• Provide leadership and knowledge transfer to team members.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Bachelor degree in PM, Engineering, or Tech; or 3 years PM experience.
\n
• 5 years PM experience may substitute for degree.
\n
• Strong familiarity with PM practices and techniques.
\n
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
\n
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
\n
• General knowledge of high voltage substations or transmission lines preferred.
\n
