📋 Description

• Lead multiple CSR and Inclusion workstreams from ambiguity to execution.
• Own global ERG and volunteer program data tracking and reporting.
• Build and maintain Smartsheet sheets, reports, and dashboards.
• Support Bengaluru CSR and Inclusion programs locally.
• Coordinate with global teams and Bengaluru staff.

• Domain Expertise – CSR or Inclusion experience

• Legal Awareness (Preferred) – familiarity with India CSR law Section 135 or NGO experience
