Project Coordinator - Commercial workspace (CET)

📋 Description

• Develop and present workspace solutions using CET Designer and AutoCAD, aligned with client goals.
• Create accurate drawings, specs, renderings, and presentations for sales/marketing.
• Select finishes, furniture options, and material palettes to ensure design continuity.
• Review architectural plans, perform code analyses, and incorporate site conditions.
• Conduct field verifications, inventories, and measurements for accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams; provide updates on timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English communication for a US client-facing environment.
• CET (Configura) Designer, AutoCAD, Project Spec, and MS Office proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 4+ years in commercial furniture/workspace design; CET experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail; ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
• Fast learner with proactive attitude toward new software and workflows.
• Familiarity with ADA, ergonomics, LEED, WELL Building standards, and tech integration.
