📋 Description

  • Serve as primary contact for routine enquiries; escalate complex issues to the Program Director as needed.
  • Facilitate regular client updates and reporting to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Support creation of client-facing materials, presentations, and proposals with the Program Director.
  • Track progress of internal and external projects; provide updates to the Program Management Team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Tech & Data, Operations) to gather updates and flag challenges.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a client-facing role, project coordination, administrative support (agency/consultancy/tech preferred).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset; ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
