- Coordinate and manage multiple projects
- Work with strategists, developers, technical architects, product managers, designers, and client reps to define direction and requirements for discovery, design, and execution
- Assist in determining project schedules, create detailed project plans and scope statements, and write status reports for each stage
- Develop statements of work, project charters and other project documentation
- Provide leadership and guidance to all members of the project team and Delivery team
- Identify and provide recommendations for process improvement in project delivery
🎯 Requirements
- 1-2+ years PM in technical, client-facing projects
- Estimate costs, build detailed project plans and Gantt charts, manage teams to deadlines
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Scrum leadership
- Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Cantonese and English communication across levels
- Strong leadership with ownership of project success
