📋 Description

  • Supports customer implementations by coordinating setup activities and tracking progress.
  • Facilitates communication across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Works with clients and project teams to assist onboarding, manage access, and training.
  • Tracks tasks, timelines, and deliverables with accurate documentation.
  • Identifies issues or risks and escalates to PMs or technical teams.
  • Captures client feedback and drives process improvement; supports remote and on-site implementations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years in project coordination, customer support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira (nice to have).
