📋 Description

  • Review project docs for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage project documentation: equipment books, test reports, drawings
  • Update document revisions in project archives
  • Prepare subcontractor change orders for submittal
  • Use scheduling tools and modify schedules as requested
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and customers

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Technology preferred
  • Bachelor’s in an unrelated field or an Associate + 3-5 years project work
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat required
  • General knowledge of high voltage substations or transmission lines preferred
  • Knowledge of Primavera 6 or equivalent scheduling software preferred
