- Maintain cost-to-complete forecasts with actuals and scope changes.
- Ensure cost and schedule alignment across projects.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5+ years in cost management or project controls
- Experience with large-scale capital projects preferred
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
- Familiarity with construction methods and contract types (GMP, EPC, design-build)
- Experience with data center capital deployments
- Familiarity with Procore, Primavera, etc.
