- Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers, contractors and subcontractors to maintain progress.
- Manage RFIs, ensuring timely submission, tracking, and documentation.
- Manage project budgets and schedules to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Prepare daily reports, maintain accurate records, and support project documentation control.
- Maintain electronic file systems and project portals; communicate with DOT and other stakeholders.
- Interface with Cavnue and Consor leadership for monthly/quarterly project reviews.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management; 1+ years of experience in project engineering or construction/project management on large-scale highway and/or ITS projects.
- Experience with DOT or local agency construction projects, including field inspection and project engineering roles.
- Knowledge of DOT documentation and Document Controls, Standard Specifications for Construction, contract modifications, and contractor payment procedures.
- Experience with scheduling software.
- Experience with estimating, budgeting, and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Field Manager and ProjectWise; strong ability to collaborate with consultants and contractors, with excellent professional communication skills.
