- Lead end-to-end PM and change for HR system transformations (HRIS/SuccessFactors)
- Support culture transformation with Culture Champions and HRBPs to embed behaviours
- Design training programs, toolkits, and supports (workshops, guides)
- Develop communication strategies linking transformation to outcomes
- Conduct change impact assessments, pilots, and tiered rollouts
- Define and track adoption metrics, providing data-driven leadership insights
๐ฏ Requirements
- Extensive experience leading org change mgmt for HR transformations
- Deep expertise in HR systems (SuccessFactors, Degreed, ADP)
- Experience enabling culture transformation, incl. workshop facilitation
- Strong knowledge of change mgmt methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter)
- Exceptional communication and storytelling to influence stakeholders
- Proven project management across multiple initiatives
