Lead end-to-end PM and change for HR system transformations (HRIS/SuccessFactors)
Support culture transformation with Culture Champions and HRBPs to embed behaviours
Design training programs, toolkits, and supports (workshops, guides)
Develop communication strategies linking transformation to outcomes
Conduct change impact assessments, pilots, and tiered rollouts
Define and track adoption metrics, providing data-driven leadership insights

🎯 Requirements

Extensive experience leading org change mgmt for HR transformations
Deep expertise in HR systems (SuccessFactors, Degreed, ADP)
Experience enabling culture transformation, incl. workshop facilitation
Strong knowledge of change mgmt methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter)
Exceptional communication and storytelling to influence stakeholders
Proven project management across multiple initiatives
