  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build credibility across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
