🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of related professional experience; 5 years in construction documentation; 3 years in construction administration on large projects.
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States.
- CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
- Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
- Strong client leadership and technical leadership skills; knowledge of building codes and requirements.
