Lead design, production, coordination, and detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Coordinate engineering systems with engineers and consultants; carry design intent.
Prepare design sketches of site plans for moderate to complex projects.
Communicate project status, design intent, construction updates to owners, consultants, and clients.
Lead project teams using CannonDesign Method to achieve quality and productivity.
Supervise interns and junior staff; enforce QA/QC standards.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 8+ years of related professional experience.
Experience in large, complex healthcare projects strongly preferred.
Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
