📋 Description

• Lead design, production, coordination, and detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants; partner with Design Leadership to carry design intent.
• Prepare design sketches of site plans, from moderate to complex.
• Communicate project status and design intent to owners, consultants, and clients.
• Lead and participate in business development to grow top line.
• Lead project teams using CannonDesign Method to achieve quality and productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 8+ years of related professional experience required.
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
• Must have the ability to be client facing with strong verbal and written communication skills.
