📋 Description

• Lead design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing.
• Coordinate engineering systems with engineers and consultants.
• Prepare design sketches of moderate to complex site plans.
• Communicate project status and design intent to owners and clients.
• Participate in business development with Marketing and Leadership.
• Lead project teams and meetings to drive design quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 8+ years of related professional experience required.
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
• CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
• Must possess business acumen.
