📋 Description

  • Provide admin support to project team and leadership; remote with on-site visits as needed.
  • Coordinate project updates, deliverables, and weekly status emails.
  • Organize onsite/virtual meetings; coordinate scheduling across staff and client reps.
  • Manage meeting notes, SME review, and distribute final summaries and actions.
  • Ensure client-facing reports meet standards; support proposals and contracting.
  • Develop dashboards and data analysis using Excel and Power BI.

🎯 Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience required.
  • Experience in A/E/ID industry preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Procore and Newforma software experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI for reporting.
