  • Support financial administration of TEECOM projects from contract setup through closeout.
  • Ensure projects are set up correctly in Vantagepoint and billed per contract terms.
  • Coordinate project setup and maintenance with Finance and Project Managers; clarify contract requirements; support billing and reporting.
  • Document procedures, support data standards, and contribute to continuous improvements across project accounting workflows.
  • Maintain accurate project records and timely follow-through on requests.
  • Contribute to updates via GitHub or internal knowledge systems.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin preferred.
  • 3-5 years in accounting, project accounting, contract admin, or billing.
  • ERP/project accounting systems experience; Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
  • Experience in architecture/engineering/consulting or professional services a plus.
  • Understanding of project-based accounting, billing concepts, and contract administration.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
