Project Accountant / Project Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee construction projects' financial performance to stay on budget.
• Manage all accounting functions for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with project managers on monthly draws and billings.
• Audit payables, maintain receivables, and estimate cash flow.
• Set up and maintain project accounting files and docs.
• Maintain relationships with Owners (AR), Vendors and AP.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in construction accounting or project accounting.
• Strong understanding of AIA billing, Florida lien laws, NTO procedures.
• Experience with Sage (required); Yardi is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
