Programs & Business Operations Lead, EMEA

📋 Description

• Partner with EMEA Homes Director to define and execute regional strategy, goals, and key initiatives.
• Build and maintain frameworks for tracking performance against OKRs and priorities.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on market trends and growth opportunities across EMEA.
• Own the cadence of business reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs), ensuring leadership visibility into performance.
• Design and improve operational processes for efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
• Connect EMEA Homes with Product, Marketing, Policy, Finance, Data Science, and CS to align priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytics with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and Tableau/Looker/Superset.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Bias toward action in ambiguous, fast-paced, global environments.
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace, travel/hospitality, or tech.
