🎯 Requirements
- Significant experience leading transformation programmes in Capital Markets
- Proven consulting experience delivering large-scale client-facing initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leadership across matrix organisations
- Structured problem-solving, adaptability, collaboration, and emotional intelligence
- Experience with agile and traditional delivery methodologies
- Ability to operate confidently within complex organisational structures
