📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs across scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define governance, reporting cadence, escalation forums, and decision rights.
• Maintain integrated plans and milestones across multiple workstreams.
• Track progress, identify risks, blockers, and resource conflicts; drive mitigations.
• Champion agile, hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver portfolio outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in program or project management in digital/tech/transformation.
• Proven success managing multi-stream programs with complex dependencies.
• Strong delivery operations, governance frameworks, and execution management.
• Experience with agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery; PMP/SAFe/Scrum Master a plus.
• Budgets, forecasting, resourcing, and capacity planning experience.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Notion, Miro, dashboards.
