  • Generate optimization recommendations to maximize delivery and ROI for programmatic campaigns.
  • Identify and quantify key challenges for campaign performance.
  • Serve as main contact for programmatic support in local markets.
  • Support internal sales and account teams with clear, timely communication.
  • Identify patterns and surface ideas to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide coverage for our global programmatic support team.
  • Collaborate with Commercial COE to improve cross-team efficiency.
  • Hybrid role: 3 days in Sydney office, 2 days WFH.
  • Travel to support clients in other cities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of industry experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Knowledge to set up and optimize programmatic media for performance.
  • Strong analytical skills; analyze data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent presentation skills; client-facing experience preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) beneficial.
  • Expert problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Robust knowledge of the ad tech landscape (DSP focus beneficial).
  • High proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, complex functions) for data.
  • Experience with Australia Media Agency landscape beneficial.
