π― Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on programmatic campaign management experience
- Strong foundation in programmatic buying (DSP), measurement frameworks, and audience segmentation
- Proficiency in ad trafficking, with Campaign Manager experience valued
- Analytical acumen with expertise in digital analytics and reporting platforms applied to paid media optimization
- Working knowledge of display, video, audio, DOOH, and third-party data/media ecosystems (DV360, TTD, ADSP, StackAdapt, LiveRamp, etc.)
- Strategic thinking ability to conceptualize innovative solutions addressing complex advertiser challenges
