📋 Description

  • Develop and execute full-funnel programmatic sales strategies for top clients.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client and agency relationships; lead deal negotiations and QBRs.
  • Serve as subject-matter expert on Pinterest’s programmatic ads and ecosystem trends; influence media strategies.
  • Advise on best practices in programmatic buying, data integration, measurement, and optimization.
  • Act as point of contact for programmatic campaigns; collaborate with Ops on deal creation, setup, troubleshooting, and real-time optimizations.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide clients toward sustained programmatic growth and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in client-facing digital media sales with programmatic ad tech expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of full-funnel ads; brand, consideration, conversion; search/shopping/display a plus.
  • Proven track record building executive relationships with advertisers/agencies.
  • Strong understanding of data and measurement solutions including Clean Rooms.
  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving; translate data into growth recommendations.
  • Strong consultative approach with execs; craft visionary media strategies.
