Define and manage the overall programme test strategy, including master test plans.
Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing across issuing, acquiring, and switching.
Establish and monitor entry/exit criteria and quality gates.
Manage defects, blockers, dependencies, and risk escalations; PMO reporting.
Lead manual testers, automation QA engineers, SMEs, vendors, and third parties.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Proven experience leading testing in complex banking/payments programmes.
Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including issuing, acquiring, switching, processing.
Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing across multiple workstreams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.
Knowledge of automation testing frameworks and QA tooling.
