  • Manage IT support requests in person, by email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide live telephone support, log requests, and escalate as needed.
  • Use BeyondTrust for remote configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Create/update ServiceNow tickets for Enterprise Service Desk.
  • Communicate outages per SOP and keep users updated until restoration.
  • Follow up on resolved incidents to confirm closure and satisfaction.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Certification: Microsoft Cert, HDI, or CompTIA A+
  • 1+ year IT Service Desk experience
  • 2+ years customer support experience (IT-related preferred)
  • ITSM and ServiceNow proficiency or other help desk programs
  • Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and Intune Admin Center
  • US Citizenship or Green Card holder for 3 years and tax compliant
