- Serve as staff liaison for onboarding and workspace coordination
- Prepare meetings with agendas, notes, and action tracking
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience supporting federal programs or onsite operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with health & safety, QA, or admin coordination a plus
- Ability to work onsite daily with federal clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication
