Manage end-to-end program logistics: speaker confirmation, travel, and honoraria
Ensure timely program closeouts, budget reconciliation, and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

3+ years managing pharmaceutical speaker bureau programs; Bachelor's preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Proficiency with Zoom, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of pharma compliance guidelines including the Sunshine Act
Experience with event management platforms, CRM, and travel coordination
