- 2β3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, customer support, or related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
- Good judgment on escalation versus independent resolution.
- Bias toward reliability, follow-through, and operational clarity.
- Experience with Zendesk, Notion, Airtable, or similar systems.
- Data-driven decision making: SQL basics, dashboards/spreadsheets, interpreting metrics.
