- Host the Center and guide participants to resources (showers, pantry, clothing, wifi, etc.)
- Connect participants to case managers, job development, housing specialists, and partners onsite
- Perform safety and wellness checks to ensure participant safety on-site
- Welcome and orient participants to the Center, including safety protocols and resources
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, organization, and inventory of common areas
- Collaborate with onsite staff to ensure services are accessible and de-escalate conflicts
π― Requirements
- High school diploma or GED plus related experience
- CPR, First Aid, MHFA, Crisis Prevention, and Overdose Prevention; complete in 3 months
- 3+ years in health/human services with advocacy/navigation
- Proficient with computer systems for typing, internet research, and data entry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and de-escalation abilities
- Ability to work with high-stress populations and coordinate emergencies
