Host the Center and guide participants to resources (showers, pantry, clothing, wifi, etc.)
Connect participants to case managers, job development, housing specialists, and partners onsite
Perform safety and wellness checks to ensure participant safety on-site
Welcome and orient participants to the Center, including safety protocols and resources
Maintain safety, cleanliness, organization, and inventory of common areas
Collaborate with onsite staff to ensure services are accessible and de-escalate conflicts

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED plus related experience
CPR, First Aid, MHFA, Crisis Prevention, and Overdose Prevention; complete in 3 months
3+ years in health/human services with advocacy/navigation
Proficient with computer systems for typing, internet research, and data entry
Excellent interpersonal skills and de-escalation abilities
Ability to work with high-stress populations and coordinate emergencies
