🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and equivalent education/experience
- 3+ years’ experience in health or human services providing advocacy/navigation
- Proficient with computer systems for routine tasks and data entry
- CPR/First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Crisis Prevention, and Overdose Prevention within 3 months
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; de‑escalation techniques
- Experience managing crowds in high‑stress settings and coordinating with emergency personnel
