📋 Description

  • Welcome and orient participants to the Center with safety policies and resources.
  • Foster an inclusive atmosphere; promote mutual respect and support.
  • Help participants access amenities and manage sign‑in, service, and inventory logs.
  • Link participants to case management and internal/external care resources.
  • Perform regular safety and wellness checks inside the Center and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, organization, and inventory for common areas.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and equivalent education/experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in health or human services providing advocacy/navigation
  • Proficient with computer systems for routine tasks and data entry
  • CPR/First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Crisis Prevention, and Overdose Prevention within 3 months
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; de‑escalation techniques
  • Experience managing crowds in high‑stress settings and coordinating with emergency personnel
