Identify automation opportunities; implement scalable AI-assisted docs and reports.
Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, CX, QA, Analytics, Enablement.
Establish operating rhythms, logs, escalation, and dependencies; build reporting.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years PM experience in service operations or related area.
CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.
Proficiency in Jira, Coda, Smartsheet; Agile and Waterfall.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Effective communication; engages and aligns diverse stakeholders.
Experience in high-growth tech; adaptable; focus on AI/automation.
