🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in program management, operations, or compliance-driven environments.
- Experience managing teams and overseeing program performance or operational workflows.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities and goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with CRM systems or workflow tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Monday.com).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
