🎯 Requirements

  • Experience building and running a VOC program as PM/Manager.
  • Background in a customer-facing function (Support/Success/Sales).
  • Proven ownership: identify problems, drive solutions, prioritize.
  • Fluency in AI workflows; build lightweight, scalable processes.
  • Strong analytical/communication skills; translate data to narratives.
  • Previous experience with Figma products (nice to have).
