Program Manager - UW-Green Bay Pre-Accelerator

📋 Description

• Lead UW-Green Bay Pre-Accelerator program in WI.
• Recruit, interview, select cohort of startups and partners.
• Manage week-to-week programming and logistics end-to-end.
• Build networks with mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Deliver a 7-week in-person gBETA program in Green Bay.
• Coach startups on growth, fundraising, and milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to own complex programs end-to-end, including recruitment, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and delivery.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with a track record of getting things done in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent the program professionally to founders, partners, mentors, and investors.
• Ability to recruit, persuade, and retain high-quality founders into a competitive accelerator program.
• Deep curiosity about startups, innovation, and the realities of building companies outside of major venture hubs.
• Willingness to become deeply embedded in, and a visible champion of the Wisconsin startup ecosystem.
