- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Experience with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruiting data reporting.
- A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
