Program Manager, University Recruiting

📋 Description

• Design and execute the annual university recruiting calendar.
• Manage end-to-end intern and new-grad recruiting lifecycle.
• Build relationships with career centers, student groups, and faculty.
• Forecast headcount and align on recruiting strategies with managers.
• Track recruiting metrics and report insights to leadership.
• Improve candidate experience and recruiter workflows.
• Represent Zip at campus events like career fairs and hackathons.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in university or campus recruiting with intern/new-grad ownership.
• Experience building an annual campus recruiting calendar across schools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruiting data reporting.
• A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
