Program Manager - Test Operations

📋 Description

• Collaborate with PMs across departments to meet test needs.
• Streamline test planning/reporting; deploy efficient processes.
• Visualize progress toward weekly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, calibration of equipment.
• Represent the company during FAA certification tests as needed.
• Maintain a safe, positive, efficient work environment.
• Follow mandated safety equipment and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Raise issues/risks with equipment or resources.
• Provide regular reports on test throughput and types.
• Generate and manage test metrics to show progress.
• Allocate resources across the test team to meet needs.
• Generate and maintain a test schedule aligned to goals.
• Contribute to test budget inputs.
• Balance needs of multiple programs.
• Coordinate test needs across teams; communicate company-wide.
• Drive ongoing improvements and expansion of capabilities.
• Ensure test equipment, facilities, and personnel are safe.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of project or program management experience.
• Proven track record managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams.
• Highly organized with ability to work without fixed structure.
• Pragmatic, creative thinker in dynamic environments.
• Willing to wear different hats as needed.
• Experience with PM software (Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite.
